What are Sunflower Microgreens?
These microgreens are the baby plants of a sunflower! If we let our microgreens continue to grow, they would turn into full size sunflowers we typically know and love!
Why we love Sunflower Microgreens
Sunflower microgreens have a nice nutty flavour and they're also a little sweet. They are kid friendly and one of our crowd favourites because they have a good crunch. They are great to add on top of toast, sandwiches, soups and salads.

Great on top of toast (our favourite is with avocado and hemp hearts), sandwiches, and as garnish on soups and salads.
